Watermelon Matcha Latte
- 1 oz Routin 1883 Watermelon Syrup
- 2 oz Tenzo Matcha, prepared
- 8 oz milk of choice
- In a 16 oz cup with ice, mix together all the ingredients
- Garnish with a slice of fresh watermelon
Matcha Cookies & Cream Latte
- 2 tsp Tenzo Matcha Powder
- 3.5 tbsp Cappuccine Vanilla Express Frappe Base
- 6 Oreo Cookies
- 4 oz milk of choice
- 16oz cup of ice
- Add matcha, frappe base and 5 of the cookies to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Top with whipped cream, dust with matcha and garnish with a cookie.
Strawberry Milk with Matcha Cold Foam
- 1 oz strawberry puree
- 6 oz milk
- Matcha cold foam*
- In a 16 oz cup with ice, mix strawberry puree and milk until well blended.
- Gently top with Matcha Cold Foam.
*Matcha cold foam:
- 1 tsp Tenzo Matcha Powder
- 2 oz heavy cream
- 1 oz whole milk
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
Matcha Lemonade
- 12 oz lemonade
- 2 oz Tenzo Matcha, prepared
- 0.5 oz any flavored syrup (optional)
- Add the lemonade and matcha to a 16 oz cup with ice
- Add flavored syrup, if using
- Garnish with a lemon slice
