Santa's Break
- 1 oz. Monin Cookie Butter Syrup
- 4 tbsp. Hollander Hot Cocoa Powder
- 8 oz. milk, steamed
Combine all ingredients with a whisk and garnish with whipped cream.
Spiced Cocoa
- 1.5 oz. Hollander Premium Hot Cocoa Powder
- 0.5 oz. Routin 1883 Cinnamon Syrup
- 0.25 oz. Routin 1883 Cayenne Syrup
- whipped cream (optional)
- cinnamon (optional)
- In a 16 oz. cup mix the cocoa powder with a splash of hot water.
- Add the syrups and top with steamed milk.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a dash of ground cinnamon.
Buddy's Four Food Groups
- 4 oz. finely crushed candy canes
- 0.75 oz. Routin 1883 Peppermint Syrup
- 8 oz. steamed chocolate milk
- 2 oz. prepared Rishi Barista Matcha*
- marshmallows (optional)
- Rim a 12 oz. latte cup with candy canes.
- Add peppermint syrup and matcha to the cup and top with steamed milk.
- Garnish with marshmallows and dust with cocoa powder.
*Rishi Barista Matcha: Sift 1 heaping teaspoon and add 2 ounces 180F water. Whisk for 15-20 seconds, until frothy.
