Bomb Pop
- 1.5 oz White Lotus Concentrate
- 0.25 oz Monin Blue Raspberry Syrup
- 0.5 oz Monin Strawberry Fruit Puree
- 12 oz sparkling water
- Add the puree to the bottom of a 16 oz cup and fill with ice.
- Mix half the water with the Lotus and slowly pour on top of the puree.
- Mix the remaining soda water with the syrup and slowly pour on top of the white layer.
*Focus on pouring ingredients around the edges of the cup to help prevent the layers from mixing.
Raspberry Pink Lemonade
- 1 oz Monin Raspberry Fruit Puree
- 1.5 oz Lotus Old Fashioned Lemonade Concentrate
- sparkling water
- In a 16 oz cup with ice mix puree and Lotus.
- Top with sparkling water and mix well.
- Garnish with lemon slices.
Frozen Coconut Lemonade
- 1.25 oz Routin 1883 Frappe Mix Neutral Base
- 1.5 oz Lotus Old Fashioned Lemonade Concentrate
4 oz 3V Fresh Coconut Cream - 12 oz ice
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix on high.
- Garnish with whipped cream and candied lemon peel.
Skinny Poolside Refresher
- 1.5 oz Skinny White Lotus Concentrate
- 2 lime wedges
- 4 mint leaves
- 12 oz coconut water
- In a 16 oz cup, muddle mint leaves, limes and Lotus.
- Add ice and top with coconut water.
