The Original
- 1 oz. Mountain Cider Concentrate
- 7 oz. hot water
- Mix ingredients well, to order or in advance.
- Garnish with whipped cream and caramel drizzle, or keep it classic with a cinnamon stick.
Cider Float
- 1 oz. Mountain Cider Concentrate
- 7 oz. ginger ale
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- Mix the concentrate with half of the ginger ale.
- Add in the ice cream and top with remaining ginger ale.
Hot Buttered Rum
- 1 oz. Mountain Cider Concentrate
- 1 oz. dark rum
- 6 oz. hot water
- 1 pat butter
- Mix together the concentrate, rum and hot water.
- Melt in the butter.
