The Big Chaibowski
- 1oz vodka (optional)
- 2oz Rishi Masala Chai Concentrate
- 0.5oz espresso, cooled
- 2oz milk, cold
Combine vodka, concentrate, and espresso over ice. Top with milk. Garnish with a ribbon of orange peel and a cinnamon stick.
Spicy Chai Milk Tea
- 3oz Rishi Masala Chai Concentrate
- 4oz Minor Figures Oat Milk
- 0.75oz chili syrup
Combine all the ingredients. Shake with ice to chill & foam for a cold beverage or heat & aerate with a steam wand for a hot beverage.
Hot Buttered West Cape Chai
- 16oz apple cider, such as Mountain Cider
- 4tsp West Cape Chai butter*
In a saucepan bring the cider to a boil. Turn heat to low and add the butter; whisk vigorously to melt and emulsify. Garnish with a cinnamon stick
*Finely grind 8g of Rishi Masala Chai and mix it with 4oz soft butter.
