Pool Boy

1.5oz Cocchi Americano

1.5oz Grapefruit Juice

0.5oz Gin

0.5oz Honey

3oz Rishi Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanical

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add Cocchi Americano, grapefruit juice, gin, and honey. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled double rocks glass with cubed ice. Top with Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanical and garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit wheel.

 

Berry Spritz

1oz White Wine

1oz Aperol

4oz Rishi Schisandra Berry Sparkling Botanical

Add white wine and aperol to a wine glass and top with Schisandra Berry Sparkling Botanical.

 

Elderberry Maqui Cosmopolitan

1.5oz Vodka

0.5oz Triple Sec

0.5oz Cranberry Juice

0.75oz Lime Juice

2oz Rishi Elderberry Maqui Sparkling Botanical

Add vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and lime juice to a shaker with ice; shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with Elderberry Maqui Sparkling Botanical. Garish with a lime wedge.

 

Dandelion Ginger Italian Soda

10oz Dandelion Ginger Sparkling Botanicals

1oz Monin Ginger Syrup

1-2 scoops Ice Cream

Fill a 16oz glass halfway with ice and layer in the ingredients.

 

Grapefruit Quince & Thyme Spritz

1-2oz Thyme-infused Grapefruit Juice*

10oz Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanicals

Add ingredients to a 16oz glass filled with ice and garnish with fresh Thyme

*Thyme-Infused Grapefruit Juice:

In a 600mL simple brew, add a bunch of fresh Thyme. Add 100mL 200°F water and steep for 5 min. Add 400mL Grapefruit Juice. Steep in fridge overnight or for at least 8 hours.

 

Sparkling Sangria

1 Tbsp Pomegranate Seeds

1oz Monin Ginger Syrup

10oz Elderberry Maqui Sparkling Botanicals

Muddle pomegranate seed at bottom of 16 oz glass. Add ice and syrup. Top with Elderberry Maqui Sparkling Botanicals. Garnish with a Dried Orange Wheel.
