Hot Cocoa Drink Recipes For The Holidays

Santa's Break

Combine all ingredients with a whisk and garnish with whipped cream.

 

 

 

Spiced Cocoa

  1. In a 16 oz. cup mix the cocoa powder with a splash of hot water. 
  2. Add the syrups and top with steamed milk. 
  3. Garnish with whipped cream and a dash of ground cinnamon.

 

 

Buddy's Four Food Groups

  1. Rim a 12 oz. latte cup with candy canes.
  2. Add peppermint syrup and matcha to the cup and top with steamed milk. 
  3. Garnish with marshmallows and dust with cocoa powder.

*Rishi Barista Matcha: Sift 1 heaping teaspoon and add 2 ounces 180F water. Whisk for 15-20 seconds, until frothy.
