The Grinch

  1. Add syrup and prepared matcha to a 12oz cup.
  2. Top with milk of choice.
  3. Garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg is desired.

 

 

Toby's Tea Time

  1. Steep tea in 4oz of hot water for 4 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bag.
  3. Add syrup.
  4. Top with steamed milk.

 

 

The Big Chaibowski

  • 1 oz. vodka (optional)
  • 2 oz. Rishi Chai Concentrate 
  • 0.5 oz. espresso, cooled
  • 2 oz. milk, cold
  • orange peel and a cinnamon stick (optional)
  1. Combine vodka, concentrate, and espresso over ice. 
  2. Top with milk. 
  3. Garnish with a ribbon of orange peel and a cinnamon stick.

 

 

 

Chai-Nog

  1. Steam eggnog and chai together in a steam pitcher.
  2. Pour into a mug and garnish with cinnamon.

 

 

Dirty Maple Chai

  1. Fill a 16 oz. cup with ice; add espresso and chai concentrate. 
  2. Top with cold foam and garnish with a dash of ground cinnamon.

 

 

 

 

Eggnog Fizz (not tea, but close?)

  • 0.25 oz. Routin 1883 Amaretto Syrup
  • 0.25 oz. Routin 1883 Cinnamon Syrup
  • 0.50 oz. Routin 1883 Eggnog Syrup
  • sparkling water
  1. Fill a 16 oz. cup with ice. 
  2. Add syrup and top with sparkling water. 
  3. Mix well.

 

 

Apple Pie Matcha

  1. Add the syrups to an 8oz glass filled with ice.
  2. Gently layer the oat milk on top of the syrup.
  3. Slowly pour the matcha on top to achieve a layered effect.
