The Grinch
- 2 oz. Rishi Barista Matcha, prepared
- 0.5 oz. Routin 1883 Eggnog Syrup
- 8 oz. milk of choice, steamed
- Add syrup and prepared matcha to a 12oz cup.
- Top with milk of choice.
- Garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg is desired.
Toby's Tea Time
- 1 sachet Rishi Earl Grey Tea
- 0.75oz Routin 1883 French Madeleine Syrup
- steamed milk
- Steep tea in 4oz of hot water for 4 minutes.
- Remove tea bag.
- Add syrup.
- Top with steamed milk.
The Big Chaibowski
- 1 oz. vodka (optional)
- 2 oz. Rishi Chai Concentrate
- 0.5 oz. espresso, cooled
- 2 oz. milk, cold
- orange peel and a cinnamon stick (optional)
- Combine vodka, concentrate, and espresso over ice.
- Top with milk.
- Garnish with a ribbon of orange peel and a cinnamon stick.
Chai-Nog
- 8 oz. eggnog
- 2 oz. Minor Figures Chai
- Steam eggnog and chai together in a steam pitcher.
- Pour into a mug and garnish with cinnamon.
Dirty Maple Chai
- 1 oz. DaVinci Chai Tea Concentrate
- 2 oz. espresso
- cold foam sweetened with Monin Maple Spice Syrup
- ground cinnamon (optional)
- Fill a 16 oz. cup with ice; add espresso and chai concentrate.
- Top with cold foam and garnish with a dash of ground cinnamon.
Eggnog Fizz (not tea, but close?)
- 0.25 oz. Routin 1883 Amaretto Syrup
- 0.25 oz. Routin 1883 Cinnamon Syrup
- 0.50 oz. Routin 1883 Eggnog Syrup
- sparkling water
- Fill a 16 oz. cup with ice.
- Add syrup and top with sparkling water.
- Mix well.
Apple Pie Matcha
- 2 oz. Rishi Barista Matcha, prepared
- 1 oz. Mountain Cider Concentrate
- 0.25 oz. Routin 1883 Cinnamon Syrup
- 4 oz. Califia Oat Milk
- Add the syrups to an 8oz glass filled with ice.
- Gently layer the oat milk on top of the syrup.
- Slowly pour the matcha on top to achieve a layered effect.
