The Original

1 oz. Mountain Cider Concentrate
7 oz. hot water

Mix ingredients well, to order or in advance.
Garnish with whipped cream and caramel drizzle, or keep it classic with a cinnamon stick.

Cider Float

1 oz. Mountain Cider Concentrate
7 oz. ginger ale
1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Mix the concentrate with half of the ginger ale.
Add in the ice cream and top with remaining ginger ale.

Hot Buttered Rum

1 oz. Mountain Cider Concentrate
1 oz. dark rum
6 oz. hot water
1 pat butter

Mix together the concentrate, rum and hot water.
Melt in the butter.
